Best Software for HRMS

To use IBM Kenexa, HR can do quick screening of the candidate, and make a candidate pipeline in the Software itself. It will be useful for outsourcing and managing the end-to-end hiring process.

Kenexa is easy to understand for a first time user. It is easy to navigate and teach to someone who has never used an ATS before. It's also very customizable to each company.
