For example I can easily change the attribution model from their full journey (AI-based proprietary) to an even-spread Linear model without any weighting. Finally, I feel like customer support at Infinigrow is very good. None of this ‘I never hear from support until it’s time for renewal’ stuff. I meet with our customer service manager Oded fortnightly and it feels like he is more an extension of our team and capabilities within Infinigrow. I rarely need to create a support ticket, I can just slack Oded and he can answer the question or accomplish the task.
