The tool is powerful and the team wants to try hard to support you.

We mostly used the Extract & Load features, and they were super easy to set up new data connections and monitor the quality. Getting onboarded was very easy, and also the on-going set up of new connections. Also whenever we needed a new data connector that improvado didn't offer, they were very timely with building new ones. We used Improvado for several years - but then a decision was made outside of my department to use a different reporting tool and the ETL features became redundant with the new provider we started to use. During our discussions with Improvado, they worked hard to make sure we were still getting value from the partnership.

Their ticket system is really great, and the team usually replies very timely.
