It's quite clean and easy to understand.

The customer support is very good. They are communicative early on updates and maintenance required, leaving us plenty of time to make the necessary changes. Very easy to use platform. I never had formal onboarding and I can find content quickly. Page load speed is good. We have not had any issues integrating with other 3rd party tools.

Hygraphs approach to a headless CMS based workflow is very well put together This ensured that as a design team we were able to confidently design custom interfaces for handoff with our internal development team knowing that they would be able to implement a custom integration via Hygraph. With this being a headless CMS it has the added benefit that our internal users of Hygraph benefit from the easy to use interface, rather than relying on development effort to deploy page updates. Their integration and after sales teams are brilliant - a dedicated Slack channel and various product update meetings really helped ensure that our integration went as smoothly as possible.
