It is similar to other CMS editors I've used in the past so it's nice to have a familiar user experience. It works very quickly, without loading delays and the built in AI capabilities are useful. Also the slack channel we have set up is amazing - to be able to speak directly to members of hygraph whenever we need assistance is key!

Hygraph offers most of the features I would expect from a high-end CMS; scheduled publishing, customizability of the interface, rich-text editor and more. So far what has made me feel extra good about Hygraph is their swift and helpful customer support. The localisation is very good and the integration with Lokalise is a great help to our team. It was very easy to get started, and our editors seem happy with the experience so far.

The UI is clean and easy to understand and use. Integrating it into our NextJs App was really easy. Only needed a few values from Hygraph and a GraphQL client. The support is fast and good.
