I like that Hiya Connect Branded Call is customizable and personalized for each of our lines. We have over 600 lines, and it's great that we can brand them individually in different ways. During our cold calls for our financial services, having the caller's name, company name, logo, and the reason for the call displayed adds credibility. This feature helps increase our pickup ratio and reduces our spam rate. I also find it beneficial for branding calls, which I think is cutting-edge technology.

I like that the company's branded name comes out in the caller ID. It seems very effective for getting more of my calls answered by people who don't know me. The initial setup was also very easy.
