I find BackgroundChecks.com very user-friendly on both the employer and employee ends, which makes the process smooth and accessible for everyone involved. I also like the wide range of options available for both criminal background checks and drug screenings, providing flexibility in the screening process. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy, which I appreciated a lot.

Great UX, clean and pleasant UI, very intuitive to use. The thing I love the most is being able to integrate it into my Claude workflow and automate the vetting process. For a small startup like mine that's one less thing to worry about. And it means a lot. I also had a great experience with support. Getting refunds for applicants that didn't complete the check was much easier than I expected (based on past experiences with similar tools).

I like that I can load in a list of needed background checks via email and it automatically goes to them along with reminder prompts. Using this service has cut down on our response time by several days.
