I really enjoy the being able to see all of my prospective applicants in one area to compare.
The ease of being able to jump across applicants to compare their skills and qualifications. It provides for a faster experience compared to older fashioned ways. I also enjoy that Hireology directly contacts me when new applicants submit their documents.
