Hireflix lets me review candidates in my time and eliminates the difficulties that come with trying to coordinate schedules for phone calls or interviews.

We have been using Hireflix for the past three years as part of our selection process. I like that it is equipped with all the necessary features that enables us to communicate clearly with the candidates. Additionally, the customer services is responsive and genuinely helpful. For me the interface is organized and is very easy to use.

When we started using Hireflix the plan was to experiment with a few products until we find the most effective option. We ended up sticking with Hireflix for the past 3 years. Hireflix is consistent and reliable. It also makes it much simpler to record your own questions, pick specific time frames for the candidates to think about their answer and then record their answers. There is a transcription feature, and overall our experience has been free of glitches. Our candidates also find it easy to use, and Hireflix tells you if a candidate accessed their interview which allows us to troubleshoot easier if any problems arise.
