I just think it makes the hiring process super useful. I get a sense of how candidates are in real life which is so vital for me in an age where AI ups the quality bar of written work.

What I like most about Hireflix is that it works as a true one-stop platform and removes the need for live scheduling. It takes away the hassle of coordinating Zoom links, since candidates can complete their interviews entirely on their own time. I also don’t need to be present for every single interview, which saves me a huge amount of time. When I used it previously to hire an associate, I found the platform very accessible, streamlined, and easy to use for both our team and the applicants.

It lets me screen multiple candidates quickly, which saves me a lot of time.
