What I like most about Hireflix is that it works as a true one-stop platform and removes the need for live scheduling. It takes away the hassle of coordinating Zoom links, since candidates can complete their interviews entirely on their own time. I also don’t need to be present for every single interview, which saves me a huge amount of time.
