Intuitive CRM with Robust Integrations
I like that HighLevel is easy to use and intuitive. It's not clunky like some other CRMs, and things fit together really nicely without being overly modular. I also find HighLevel was much easier to use than HubSpot and had better support. It's less expensive, with better integration across different tools and modules.

Useful Built-In CRM for Calls & Texts, but Needs More Integrations
The CRM they built in is very useful for handling text and phone calls at this price level, being able to communicate with customers directly through the dashboard makes a huge difference and saves me using external services.
