I am trying to get 'onboarded' with the HighLevel system. I am hearing impaired and was initially given a person that has a very difficult accent for me to understand. In addition, I was told that they could not turn on their zoom camera. It was apparent that we could not move forward. I was told that there was no 'American' available at the time and for me to try my 'luck' later to see nif there was anyone that could work with me. Its a bit frustrating.
