It’s great knowing we have extended coverage without needing to rush migrations.

I think it's the easiest way to continue serving existing products that require SLA compliance, like our (my company's) product. It's very nice that it's literally plug and play when adding it to our project once we got the packages, and we didn't even have to touch any other dependency that's relying on the deprecated library we were using. Customer Support was very responsive and helpful through out the process, from onboarding, to reporting issues, and (soon-to-be) off-boarding process. We highly appreciate customer support especially for being flexible despite having very different timezones.
