The support staff at HeroDevs are very professional and well organized. They're collaborative partners who will spend extra time trying to understand your specific needs and accommodating your particular use cases. Installation of their software was a breeze and took very little labor time to implement. As a bonus, we received updates for additional software that we were not originally seeking to extend, but are happy to continuing using since it's been included with our core license.

Not annoying sales experience

Easy to download and deploy the patches. Easy to work with herodevs support people; they are great people to work with. The company seems really solid and focused on good customer service. I have had nothing but good experience working with Herodevs. Very responsive to emails.
