A plentitude of features. Haven't gone through all of them yet. Those that I have used, are indeed useful.

I have heard great things about some of its capabilities. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get it set up properly after 4 weeks. The customer service reps will only offer assistance through text-chat. It takes forever. They'll ask you to keep sending them screenshots of all of these settings, and then in the end, they will tell you, "watch this video" or "take this training course" in order to learn how to do this.
