If you do run into issues, I find that customer support replies rather fast and takes time to fully understand your issue before addressing it. Other HSA accounts tend to pass off your inquiry to other parties within the HSA without letting them know what exactly is going on which leads to long lead times to address inquiries. Having activity front and center as soon as you log in makes it easy to see what majority of people that are logging in are looking for, because of this I don't have to navigate to different parts of the website to get the information I need.
