The employee side of things is 7/10, since they are dealing with basic functionalities. The app works well, Though all other systems are quite outdated.

Insurance can upload information for you, and everything is listed by date. You also have many options to view information and filter it however you want. <br><br>They have recently been acquired by healthequity, which provides a new interface and home screen. It is straightforward to use and navigate. I also enjoy how easy it is to reimburse yourself and even pay the provider directly.
