It is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. It's also easy to show others how to use. If you need an internal-facing how to video, QUICK, this is good software.

The best thing for me about Guidde is how easy it is to use. We’ve used it to capture content from mobile apps, SaaS systems, desktop systems, as well as from MP4s, PowerPoint, and Word documents, and each one has been straightforward and intuitive. I also love the AI functionality that listens to and reads content, and converts it into a guidde, saving hours of time in content creation. We’ve received great support from our CSM too, with regular check-ins, updates on new functionality, and quick turnaround times for any queries or troubleshooting. From a performance perspective, I really value the insights offered both overall and at an individual content level. This has helped us refine how we create content in terms of time and subject. By far, though, one of my favourite features is the playlist function. It makes sharing content with our contractor fleet and clients at all levels quick and efficient, and it enables individuals to self-serve and find what they need most.
