Outstanding Customer Service and Helpful Office Hours

I love the customer service. The Friday office hours are fantastic and so helpful. Several times the Friday office hours have really helped streamline our processes. The staffing on those Fridays are extremely knowledgeable.

What I like most about GReminders is being able to share my calendar with clients and prospects, which makes it much easier to schedule a meeting that works for both my availability and theirs. Another big upside of using GReminders is the AI Notetaker during meetings. It lets me stay focused on the conversation instead of taking notes and then transcribing them into my CRM afterward.
