The best thing I’ve found is that it offers an option for almost everything we want to configure, so we can tailor it to our needs. The price is also not high for our usage. Their website has an AI assistant, meaning that when I post my questions, the AI searches and finds the correct response. The salesperson, support team, and billing team each helped me along the way to figure out the process. The website performance is fast and complete compared to other alternative platforms out there. After using it a couple of times, I found it user-friendly.
