Gradelink is straightforward to use, and I appreciate that there is a help option available whenever I need clarification on something.

I have evaluated several SIS systems, including PowerSchool, FACTS, and ALMA. While no SIS system is flawless, I found that Gradelink offers the most practical features for my needs. I appreciate its standards-based grading, the options for parent notifications, and the new parent interface. Additionally, their customer service and support are excellent.

Kate Nevar is the best customer service agent I've ever dealt with at Gradelsink. She is always so personable, cheerful, knowledgable and quick to respond to all of my emails. She also never gives up on an ask. Just recently, even though I told her that we would find an internal work around for adding an additional grade scale to our report cards, she continued to look for a way to fulfill my request. Kate is a real gem! Please do everything you can to keep her!!! With regards to Gradelink itself, right from the first test run, I liked how intuitive and user friendly it is for both teachers and parents. It't not a fussy program and it has all the basics of what we need as an elementary school.
