I appreciate that Elia's online platform functions like a mobile app, which makes it very intuitive and easy to use. Additionally, Elia offers quick access to support via Teams appointments and email, which is convenient. I also like being able to search for specific information using their AI search engine, which saves me from having to browse the website. If a problem requires additional support, I can quickly schedule an appointment with a member of the Elia team, often on the same day. Finally, I found that the Elia team is proactive in supporting us, especially when facing challenges related to our IT policies.
