Honestly the biggest win for us was how little training we had to do. We rolled this out during our office move and I was bracing myself of "how do I book a desk" tickets, but people just figured it out from the floor plan on their own. The Outlook sync has been clutch too — bookings just show up on people's calendars automatically, no one has to think about it. Their website is so easy to use and its user friendly , i really like the performance overall

What I find most helpful about elia is its simplicity. The platform is very intuitive, making it easy for employees to book workspaces and for administrators to manage and customize the environment. As an administrator, I particularly appreciate how flexible the platform is and how easily it can be configured to match our organization's specific needs. The main upsides are ease of use, flexibility, efficient workspace management, excellent support for hybrid work, and the ability to quickly adapt the platform as business requirements evolve.

I appreciate that Elia allows booking a workspace or a meeting room and viewing the presence of colleagues. The initial setup with Elia was quick, especially with the integration of our M365 tenant (SSO). Elia perfectly meets our needs and that's why we chose it.
