The system is easy to use on a daily basis. It has various features including ongoing customer support. The system is used with ease of implementaion and intergration.
One of the advanges is you don't need to worry about paper as it's all captured in one system online or on your phone with easy reporting fuctions to suite the business.
Glaass works with the business frequently, and caters to the needs of the business which makes it easy when setting up systems for what is required to get the results.
I would highly recommend Glaass to anyone, it's a user friendly system with plenty of functions.

It is very easy and intuitive to use. The team is very responsive with quick turnarounds for queries. We had an new module built that sits outside the standard suite and the team to great care to understand our needs and built this module to our specs. Customised User Manuals ensure that new users can quickly understand and confidently use the product. Customer service is exceptional and very supportive.
