One of the things I like the best about Givecloud is the Support Team. I like the automatic replies as this usually does have great answers. However, I like the fact that I can decide to wait for the team so I work with a real person directly. This is a great option - especially if I feel I need to describe what I am looking for directly to a person so I am not typing the next part of my question and waiting for a potential answer. Every time I have worked directly with a support team member, they have gone above and beyond in finding a solution to my problem or an answer to my question. At times, they have had to talk with other team members to find a resolution for me. This is great! I love the fact that the team member doesn't just leave things unanswered. If they have to create something to help me, they will. I also like the fact that Givecloud is easy to populate a website with. The changes I make are instantaneous and do not have to be routed through a third person to take effect. Givecloud is definitely easy to learn and very user-friendly.

As the website administrator at TACF, I've used the GiveCloud platform at least once a week for the past two years. In addition, our organization used it for years before I came on. What I like best about GiveCloud is the customer service. New AI enhancements to live chat generally give me the answer I'm looking for in seconds. When the answer isn't satisfactory, I'm usually able to speak to a live person via chat within minutes. I find the interfaces simple and easy to work with and implementation is generally straightforward. Our development team has appreciated the level of integration with DonorPerfect.
