The ease of use for both end-user and fundraising organization

After searching for many tools that would facilitate an online "gift catalog" shopping experience for a nonprofit with multiple donation funds, I found Givecloud, one of the only "do it yourself" type toools out there. In addition to the "online store" I was also able to set up a website, emails and e-cards for donors who were giving in someone's honor. The support team is very fast to respond and the chatbot actually provides really helpful answers. I have gotten pretty familiar with Givecloud and now use it almost daily as I run a nonprofit holiday gift catalog campaign.
