Givebutter offers a great value and is easy to present to board members as an alternative or addition. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, it plays well with our admittedly limited suite of other tools, and it's easy to share with both contributors and donors.

Easy to use platform, constant improvement and feature additions
Givebutter has added event functionality, custom reports (behind a reasonable paywall) and phone customer support. These features alone are enough to keep us on as customers for a long period of time. Can't say customer support knowledge has improved, but ease of access has.
