I've always appreciated the quick and responsive customer support from GetThru. Before finding GetThrue I was stuck with vendors who were slow to respond or didn't prioritize my needs. There's nothing worse than having a dozen volunteers log in to call or text from various locations and the system doesn't work or you can't get ahold of someone to help. With GetThru I know that there's someone available to troubleshoot in the rare situations when I need help. I worry less because the system is updated and maintained on a regular basis. It's great knowing that both my first time and seasoned volunteers are going to easily log in, start contacting voters and log off after a fun experience and know that they've made an impact. As a campaign manager, I also know that I'm only going to be charged for the work that we did and knowing that I don't have to pay large amounts in advance if I don't want to is great. I can budget accordingly and pay for my calls and texts at the end of the month. I've been using GetThru since 2020 and cannot imagine moving to another vendor any time soon.

The UI is easy to interact with and the initial learning curve is minimal and the process to setting up a campaign is straight-forward and intuitive for the even the least tech savvy person
