I like that we have been working with GetResponse for many years and the whole team is familiar with its usability and easy design level for our campaigns. The usability is high, and many functionalities are very easy to use. Additionally, when new members join the team, they find it easy to manage campaigns thanks to the interface it has.

For small teams, it is helpful because you can launch a campaign quickly without needing too many separate tools. The landing page builder is simple enough to use, and the contact/list features make it easy to capture leads and follow up with them. I also appreciate that the support team helped provide the DNS records when I needed them, which made the setup process clearer.
