I like using Gem for recruiting because it provides access to qualified profiles, especially technical profiles, from top colleges and highly qualified individuals. This is a bit different compared to other apps. I also appreciate the number of profiles and the quality that Gem offers. The initial setup was nice and overall, I'm quite satisfied with Gem's offerings.
