Fundraise Up provides an easy to use and easy to setup platform for donation management. Everything from taking the donation to receipting is included in the platform. There are a variety of methods available in the platform for taking payments (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, etc), which makes life easier for our donors. I had some issues when setting up our sub-accounts for multiple entities (they had prioritized the wrong org as our primary account, which messed things up), but the support team was quick to take care of things and help us get it all squared away before going live. Getting connected to payment platforms and our CRM was straightforward and seamless.

What I like most about Fundraise Up is how it simplifies the donation experience for users while still providing strong analytics and optimization tools for marketers. The platform feels very intuitive, and features like smart donation forms and A/B testing make it easier to improve conversion rates without requiring heavy development work. I can also track donor behavior clearly, which helps me make data-driven decisions to improve overall fundraising performance.

I like that It's very user-friendly and I can easily implement it within my client's site which is a non-profit organization.
