We needed SOC reporting covering a June 30 fiscal year-end. I emailed support and had a substantive reply within the hour and the complete package the next morning, under 24 hours start to finish. They also anticipated what an auditor would ask. The bridge letter covered exactly the gap between the end of their SOC 2 period and well past our year-end, so there was no hole to explain. When one report didn't exist this cycle, the engineer explained why it wasn't needed instead of just saying no, and put their SOC 1 position in writing so we could file it.
