Very fast replies to any enquiries that we have. The display of data as percentage and caparisons with previous year month and everything is the best. Easy to sync with other platforms like HubSpot where we get all recuring plans and every data there for workflow.

Fundraise Up provides an easy to use and easy to setup platform for donation management. Everything from taking the donation to receipting is included in the platform. There are a variety of methods available in the platform for taking payments (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, etc), which makes life easier for our donors. I had some issues when setting up our sub-accounts for multiple entities (they had prioritized the wrong org as our primary account, which messed things up), but the support team was quick to take care of things and help us get it all squared away before going live. Getting connected to payment platforms and our CRM was straightforward and seamless.

I like that Fundraise Up supports multiple Stripe accounts by creating sub-accounts for different regions, which helps us manage each region’s account separately. The HubSpot integration is also a plus as it helps us have all our data in our CRM. Initially, it was a bit overwhelming as we were new to the platform, but later we found Fundraise Up to be well-built and robust.
