Beyond the unparalleled targeting, the platform excels in several other key areas: VDP Views Filter: This specific filter is an absolute standout for identifying high-intent shoppers based on the Vehicle Detail Pages they are looking at. Seamless DMS Integration: The real-time updates from our DMS keep our database perfectly synced and accurate. Video Capabilities: Being able to add videos directly into our campaigns is a massive win, especially since our primary CRM lacks this functionality. Unmatched Support: My dedicated Rep is incredible. I love that I can rely on her at any time; she is the absolute best at teaching me how to maximize the program. Ease of Use: Setting up widgets and campaigns is incredibly straightforward and simple. Overall, the performance of this tool is fantastic. It has influenced more vehicle sales than any other tool we use, making the investment more than worth the price.

There are frequent updates and ongoing improvements. The platform is easy to use, and being able to quickly find information in the CDP and build a variety of campaigns is a big reason I regularly use Fullpath’s features. I also find the daily update emails very helpful, and I use them to have sales team members reach out to customers who might otherwise go uncontacted. The performance numbers are clearly presented and do a good job of showing which campaigns are working and which ones need improvement. The recent additions of Autotrader and KBB have added additional value so far. The reps and support team are responsive and helpful, both in resolving issues and in supplementing our campaigns.
