Getting simple roadmap, announcements, and feedback widgets with one tool isn't easy! What I really like about Frill is how easy it is to create beautifully designed roadmaps, gathering feedback from customers, and integrate customer ideas into my roadmaps to feature announcements.

The interface is simple to use, the UI is clean, and it sends emails to the users. Fair pricing and always they are improving. So pleased so far. My favs: - The ability to send emails to your subscribers - The ability to make reaction faces like on Facebook. It is possible to schedule Announcements in advance. -You have the option to pin comments to the top of the page. - A guest account, so it is not necessary that you are a customer to submit an idea! - Have webhooks that can be used to automate workflows. - You can create tags and organize better the topics.. - You can easily manage the settings of the notification emails, and if you would like to automate them, you just need to set up some webhooks! - Is Very easy to use! -The notifications are simple and effective. -It allows me to collect tastes, so I have many comments on different videos.
