Good Rates, Convenient Platform, and Great Customer Support

The platform is very convenient and the rates are good. Quoting and booking is very easy, and FreightSimple's customer support is very responsive and effective. Dealing directly with carriers can be such a hassle and FreightSimple takes that all away.

I like FreightSimple for its simplicity and how it automatically guides me step-by-step. I find the quick response from support really helpful, as I get answers almost right away, and if they can't provide an immediate solution, they get back to me pretty quickly. Everything about freight shipping happens all in one place, which is great. The initial setup was easy too.
