The support team are first class and respond within an hour

As a marketer, I enjoy the metrics and visibility into my company's website. Frase.io lets me use this data to create meaningful content that capture the true audience we aim to educate and foster relationships with.

I purchased multiple Frase codes through AppSumo, and I also purchased a Copysmith lifetime deal. I supported both products early because I believed in what they were building. The original founder of Frase seemed like a good guy who genuinely valued and supported early customers. For me, the problems began after Frase was acquired by Copysmith. Frase stopped providing meaningful updates to the lifetime deal version and developed a separate new version. The AppSumo customers who helped support and grow the original product were left behind unless they were prepared to start paying again. I had a similar experience with my Copysmith lifetime deal. After purchasing lifetime access to two products connected to the same company and feeling let down by both, I no longer trust its lifetime deal promises. Potential buyers should be very cautious. Based on my experience, buying a lifetime deal does not guarantee that you will benefit from the product’s continued development.
