What I like best about Force24 is the ability to create journeys and automation that help manage campaigns more efficiently. It allows us to build structured nurture flows, trigger communications based on audience behaviour, and keep follow-up activity consistent without everything needing to be managed manually. I also like that it gives us more control over how contacts move through a campaign, helping us send more relevant messages at the right time and better understand engagement across different audiences.

I like that Force24 integrates all our CRM data for use in email campaigns, allowing us to be specific and data-driven. The real-time data filtering based on customer interaction is very beneficial, and the onboarding support connecting all our data sources was relatively easy and helpful.
