A CRM Lifesaver for Real Estate Teams

I love Follow Up Boss as it is a lifesaver for our real estate team, allowing us to tailor it to our needs. The reporting features are fantastic, and the ability to leave notes and send messages throughout the team is invaluable. I also love that all of our contacts are in one place, and we can categorize them and make smart lists for efficient calling. This helps with call cadence, categorizing lists, and prioritizing by stage and source. The initial setup was very easy, and my previous experience with it made the transition smooth. I even have a Follow Up Boss T-shirt and hat!

Effortless Communication Management, All Busy Work Automated

I appreciate that the busy work is handled for me, such as automatically adding contact information and saving records of text, email, and phone call communications. The software is so easy to use on both computer and phone app. Also, our customer service rep did a great job implementing and onboarding myself and my team. My team uses this software on a daily basis.
