Great tool for keeping creative production organised and streamlined. I like the level of customisation that's possible on the boards (e.g. different status) and automations that remove the headache from different aspects of the job - especially the naming convention, organisation of assets, and launching them on Meta. The support team is also very responsive and have incorporated a lot of the feedback and features suggestions over the last few month. I'm particularly excited about the production and performance reports - these are very useful for showcasing the work and impact of creative teams to execs, as well as having an overview of the results in the same place.

What I like most about Focal is its excellent UI/UX. Everything I need is clearly laid out and easy to find, which makes it simple to track tasks and briefs all in one place. The platform’s integrations, along with its Performance AI/Intelligence features, are also extremely valuable. In particular, the AI Autofill functionality saves a significant amount of time by streamlining repetitive work and making campaign setup much more efficient. Data can be pulled quickly and with minimal effort, helping us move faster and make better decisions. On top of that, whenever we have a question or need support, the team is responsive and easy to reach. Overall, Focal has noticeably improved our workflow thanks to its ease of use, automation capabilities, and actionable insights, and I would highly recommend it.
