Anyone can learn how to use Flowingly, it enforces standardisation and allows it's users to go home at the end of the work day not having to have multiple lists written down or in their mind of where a process was up to. Removes human error and provides a single platform with a nice dashboard to use to view where a process is up to, who it is waiting on, the full history of a flow so far and allows the ability to add a new unique task and/ or comments. I enjoy how quickly their team resolves any issues with the platform too. Also how frequently they release new cool features!

The solution is very easy to use and I particularly like that the solution has process mapping functionality and the ability to automate those processes.
