Time tracking and productivity monitoring

I find Flowace to be a strong workforce management and productivity tool for HR teams. It simplifies tasks like attendance tracking, work hours monitoring, and productivity analysis through automated and easy-to-read reports. I appreciate the better visibility it offers into work patterns, which helps ensure compliance and reduces the need for manual tracking and follow-ups. The dashboard is intuitive, and once the initial onboarding is completed with some guidance, it's highly effective for managing remote and hybrid teams while supporting data-driven HR decisions. I like the report generation feature as I can create reports at the end of the month or week for better visibility of employees. Time management is another aspect I enjoy, as it helps me see who's working more efficiently. The ease of initial setup was a plus, being described as 'too easy', and I appreciate the better support and troubleshooting compared to our previous tool, Time 365.

I like how Flowace automatically takes up attendance once the system is on, so even if I forget to check my Flowace account, it keeps updating my attendance and work automatically. The initial setup of Flowace was also very easy for my team. Everything seems fine overall.
