Total Gamechanger, makes QBO useful again

Accruer made me question reality. I typed ‘for the period’ and suddenly prepaids, deferred revenue, and fixed assets just… materialized. No tabs, no spreadsheets, no existential dread. Thirty seconds in, I felt like I’d time-traveled to a dimension where month-end isn’t a soul-crushing ritual. It’s not software—it’s sorcery wrapped in a clean UI. The ROI? Frankly insulting how good it is. Setup took less time than making coffee. Their support team responds like they’re trapped in a portal that only opens when you email them. I’ve stopped bracing for pain during close. That’s what Accruer did.

Accrue everything

It’s so simple to use and can even be paired with your current process. We use Dext to process receipts. We can see the date on a receipt and with some context quickly determine what period the transaction relates to. Then by writing “for the period” in the receipt description, Accruer will handle the rest and make the books accrual-worthy.

Time saving and easy to use software!

As an accounting firm for small business, we use Accruer on several of our clients (typically those with revenue above $750k). It's extremely easy to use once you learn it, which is a pretty quick process due to the helpful videos the Accruer team creates and posts on their site. Implementing the product for a new client can be tricky if you're not careful, but any time we ran into a glitch we simply reached out to the team and heard back within 24 hours.
