If I had to sum it up in one word, it would be automation. Over the years, I’ve tested five different accounting software options to manage my e-commerce business, but none have matched the efficiency of Finaloop. After completing our first full year with it, I can confidently say I’ve spent less time on accounting tasks than ever before. Now that year-end 2025 comes around, I expect to finish everything in a matter of hours instead of the weeks it used to take. When I made the rash decision of Integrating Finaloop in Oct of 2024 the support team made it take less time then working through my current books. All Shopify and Amazon sales were instantly logged, all old CC transactions categorized in a few hours work. Finally, the Inventory IQ feature makes you wonder how we ever accepted any accounting software that does not have it.

I love using Finaloop for accounting as it has significantly changed my experience by providing real-time, clear financial statements. I find it easy to track vendor expenses and inventory purchases because all my business accounts are linked, including e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Shopify. Most importantly, the 3 Financial Statements are almost real-time! Their team is very responsive, and even if they don't have an immediate answer, they let me know they're working on it. Finaloop saves me tons of time navigating my bank accounts. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive for me, and I don't even need an accountant now.

I like that Finaloop is more accurate, faster, and less expensive than hiring a bookkeeper. It's beneficial for managing sales, inventory, and producing reports for my Amazon e-commerce business. The setup was easy, and it addresses accuracy issues I faced with Coral and an accountant before. I would rate it a 10 for recommending to others.
