Finaloop automates repetitive tasks, saving tons of time- I would say at least 95% of bookkeeping time. Also has a robust inventory module.

Solves a lot of ecom specific challenges with bookkeeping. Specifically, I appreciate how it manages our pre-orders by using deferred revenue for pre-orders that are unfulfilled. I also appreciate that is connects with so many of our sales channels, like Shopify and Amazon, to give us up-to-the-day accuracy. They way they are managing Shopify Collective and dropship vendors is a huge improvement over QBO and even their own previous methods. They are constantly innovating to improve features, and customer service always replies quickly. We have a quarterly call to make sure everything is working properly. Reports are easy to read and access. I've never had more confidence in my books.

The UI is incredibly intuitive and the customer service is excellent -- fast, friendly, patient.
