The connection is very stable and responds quickly. I can manage the systems by IP or computer name. We use it internally across 37 office locations on more than 1500 computers. We control access through Active Directory. We can quickly transfer files when needed and use the Famatech IP Scanner tool on a subnet and then remote to individual computers when required. I have been using Radmin since 1999 and continue to use it. I have managed several IT departments since 1999 and transitioned each company to Radmin. Not only is it easy to use or teach someone to use, but it is easy to manage and deploy. I have used many other remote software packages, and Radmin continues to be my choice.
