Expedite Commerce is a niche player in Configure Price Quoting (CPQ) with rich expertise in quoting and configuration of products. The guided selection tool for configuration is easy to use and very flexible. Unlike big ERP systems, this product is easy to implement and maintain. The warranty entitlement process works seamlessly with not only for regular products but also with configure products. Great customer service with friendly and reachable technical resources.

Their customer service is probably the best part about Expedite Commerce. The CPQ product is very easy to set up and use out of the box, but EC has also been willing to go above and beyond in helping us to customize the solution to meet our unique business needs. They have acted as an invaluable extension of our internal IT department in providing the right solutions for our company and our customers.

We presented Expedite with a list of challenges and limitations. Their custom solution either solved our problems exactly as specified or else they proposed a different solutions which built upon our thoughts and proved more scalable and flexible.
