I like Eventbase a lot because of the strong support from the producers who help us move projects forward and answer any questions. They make me feel supported and not alone during the build process with our clients. The integration aspect, especially syncing with RainFocus using the API, is a great feature since it allows most of the information to flow smoothly. I love the different pieces of the mobile app, as they contribute to a robust application. Pulling sessions in from RainFocus and the cool feature tiles add great design and function to the app. The producers' knowledge has been invaluable, enhancing the overall experience with Eventbase.

Their customer service and response time is top-notch. Our account manager and producer/team lead are very easy to work with, and they always have a solution to our concern/issue. This is our second year using the app and we look forward to working with them again for the third time. The app itself very user-friendly compared to the others we had used before. Also, the integration process was quite seamless. Cvent was our registration provider and A2Z was our expo hall management provider.

I like the professional look, the ease of use for the conference attendee, the way it handles gamification and the ways in which we were able to customize our event app. The Eventbase team as a whole was very responsive from the start of the sales process to the end of the project. I appreciate the organized project management that kept everyone aware of their due dates and assignments. Eventbase easily integrated with our other event products.
