Their customer service and response time is top-notch. Our account manager and producer/team lead are very easy to work with, and they always have a solution to our concern/issue. This is our second year using the app and we look forward to working with them again for the third time. The app itself very user-friendly compared to the others we had used before. Also, the integration process was quite seamless. Cvent was our registration provider and A2Z was our expo hall management provider.

I like the professional look, the ease of use for the conference attendee, the way it handles gamification and the ways in which we were able to customize our event app. The Eventbase team as a whole was very responsive from the start of the sales process to the end of the project. I appreciate the organized project management that kept everyone aware of their due dates and assignments. Eventbase easily integrated with our other event products.

We've been using Eventbase for our user conference, JNUC, for a few years. It's really been a game changer compared to t he mobile app we were using before. Everything from planning through onsite experience was really well organized making it an overall great experience for our team. And bonus, our attendees really love the app too! We have a high download/user rate and the survey results are always very high for mobile app. Definitely a component to our user conference that we don't see going away any time soon!
