The team is the standout so far. Responsive, sharp, and clearly invested in getting us set up. On the product side, two things stand out. First, the pace of feature development is impressive. New capabilities keep landing, and it's obvious the roadmap is moving fast. Second, the AI functionality is built into the platform rather than bolted on as an afterthought, which makes a real difference in day-to-day partner management. For a team running a growing partner ecosystem, having purpose-built tooling instead of a patchwork of spreadsheets and generic CRMs is a meaningful upgrade.

It's a modern light UI that's fairly easy to navigate. It has a tight integration with Salesforce in both directions. It's helped us to streamline our program application, onboarding, enablement and reporting. We have 5 partner programs that we support with distinct applications, processes and details, which Euler has been able to handle. The initial onboarding and set up was well supported, and we've had very responsive ongoing support as well.

I really appreciate the standout talent of Euler's team. Unlike most tech vendors where calls go straight to voicemail, our account manager at Euler is someone I would pick up for a 100 times out of 100. They are reliable, fast, detailed, and know everything about our business, providing us with excellent support. Additionally, I find their vision in the AI space impressive, as they truly offer an AI-native experience, unlike others that just layer chatbots on existing features. They have also built a best-in-class partner program around agentic experiences, making them unique in the market. Another aspect I enjoy is their flexibility and adaptability, which far exceeds the typical software vendor. Where others are slow to move, Euler adapts and evolves incredibly rapidly, taking feedback, market insights, and their vision to grow and implement changes swiftly. Their engineers are just top-notch. Moreover, in the AI space, their embedded AI in every layer of our function has been life-changing by saving hours of productivity and improving decision-making.
