Euler’s support team has been the best part by far. Whenever I have a question that needs answering, or an idea for how to make things better, they’re always there and ready to help.

We’ve really valued working with the Euler team, as well as the platform’s modern, clean, and intuitive UX. We had been using an alternative PRM for the past three years and found the support to be reactive, with overall functionality and an interface that felt limited and outdated. On all three fronts, Euler has delivered and helped address those gaps. We’ve especially appreciated having an open Slack channel with the team, where we can ask questions on a daily basis, alongside weekly calls throughout our implementation. We’re still new and haven’t explored every feature yet, but one of the biggest motivators for choosing Euler was their AI & agentic capabilities. As we grow, we want to be confident we can scale with our PRM platform, and Euler’s PAM features gave us confidence they’ll help us stay ahead for the benefit of our partners.
