Kate in particular was a delight to work with, she was always available to assist and made the process of setting up an event app for a complete beginner simple. Kate made things even easier by always being approachable and ensuring that the end product met the needs of my event and incorporated all necessary elements. Kate was very proactive in her approach, provided clear updates and timeframes to work towards and helped immensely by reviewing the app between meetings to ensure it was progressing and easy for event attendees to use. She always made every aspect of designing and customising the event app feel achievable and provided fantastic advice on how to progress on any issues. There are so many aspects that Entegy can provide to enhance events, such as interactive workshop elements, badge making, and attendee tracking, some of which we used and some I hope to use in upcoming events after seeing how easy it was to create the app.
